Took a tour to see the villages of Cinque Terre. The villages are incredibly charming and colorful! Visited Manarola in the south first. Originally, the tour was to take a boat from Manarola to Monterosso in the north so we could see two other villages from the sea. But a thunder storm made the sea too rough. We took the train from Manarola to Monterosso instead. The tour included a wine tasting in Monterosso (local wines!) then 90 minutes of free time. We stayed at the wine tavern for lunch. It was the best lunch we had on the entire trip. Everything fresh and grown in the village.
